Position: Paralegal Compliance Administrator
Job: The Paralegal Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate submission of cannabis licensing applications, including renewals and change requests across multiple markets. Key responsibilities include managing local jurisdiction licensing applications such as business licenses and conditional use permits, as well as overseeing documentation for ongoing construction projects related to licensing and compliance. Track and manage licensing schedules and collaborate with the CCO and outside counsel on compliance-related matters
Shift: 5 day work weeks. 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
Pay: 45,000 - 55,000K Annually Paid Bi-Weekly

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the timely and accurate submission of all cannabis license renewal applications and change requests across all markets.
-Responsible for the timely submission of all local jurisdiction licensing applications including business licenses, conditional use permits, and fire inspections.
-Maintain a database of all ongoing construction projects related to licensing and compliance including: Construction layout, security plans, leases, Etc.
-Coordinate with the finance department for the timely submission of all licensing payments.
-Review, summarize, and maintain a database of all vendor contracts.
-Maintain a database of all equipment warranties
-Review and recommend changes to existing insurance policies.
-Research and review applicable statutes and regulations within governing jurisdictions in order to complete licensing requirements
-Maintain a database of all documentation for business administration purposes including:
Operating Agreements, Trust Documents, Leases, Contracts, Licenses, Permits, Tax Documentation, Insurance, Titles, Deeds, Fictitious name registrations, Vehicle registrations, and Equipment warranties.
-Maintain detailed database of all licenses, cannabis applications, and renewal applications
-Communicate with regulators as needed pertaining to license renewal, commencement, and change requests.
-Collaborate with the CCO and outside counsel as needed to process ownership disclosure forms
-Coordinate with investors to collect and file all documentation needed for submission to regulatory agencies
- General compliance support pertaining to cannabis licenses and change requests
- Assist with collecting and preparing due diligence documentation from public sources in coordination with the CCO and 3rd parties.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-College degree preferred but not required
-Past Licensing work preferred but not required
-Is familiar with Windows, Microsoft Office and Google Drive in great detail. (Excel, Sheets, Word)
-Advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
-Ability to understand and read complex contract language
-Ability to track and execute multiple projects simultaneously with varying deadlines
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments and team members
-Ability to interpret local, state, and federal laws and regulations as the relate to licensing

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
