We are a total health/wellness and pain management facility located in the heart of Hyde Park / South Tampa looking to add a friendly and dedicated receptionist to our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Visitors: Warmly welcome clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring they sign in and are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and Direct Phone Calls: Handle incoming calls promptly and courteously, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Manage Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments for all services and doctors
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
- Maintain Reception Area: Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g., brochures, forms).
- Handle Inquiries: Respond to general inquiries in-person, by phone, and via email, providing accurate information and directing specific queries to the appropriate staff members.
- Assist with Special Projects: Support various administrative projects and tasks as assigned by the Office Manager or other senior staff.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
