Patient Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:
- Engaging & Educating: Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and communicate the benefits of Elevate MD’s services in a compelling way.
- Understanding Client Needs: Listen actively to identify pain points and recommend the right wellness solutions.
- Closing Deals: Guide potential clients through the decision-making process, overcome objections, and meet (or exceed!) sales targets.
- Building Relationships: Cultivate trust and rapport with prospective clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Staying Ahead of the Game: Keep up with the latest in functional medicine, our products, services, and industry trends.
- Tracking & Optimizing Performance: Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track conversions, and continually improve your sales approach.
Patient Acquisition Specialist Requirements:
- A Sales Rockstar – You’re persuasive, competitive, and thrive on achieving (and exceeding) goals.
- A Natural Communicator – You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and know how to engage people over the phone.
- A Wellness Enthusiast – Passion for health and functional medicine is a big plus!
- A Self-Starter – You’re motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple leads at once.

- High school diploma/GED Required, College Degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.

Pay: $18 - $22 commission based on performance.
