Patient Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Engaging & Educating: Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and communicate the benefits of Elevate MD’s services in a compelling way.
  • Understanding Client Needs: Listen actively to identify pain points and recommend the right wellness solutions.
  • Closing Deals: Guide potential clients through the decision-making process, overcome objections, and meet (or exceed!) sales targets.
  • Building Relationships: Cultivate trust and rapport with prospective clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Staying Ahead of the Game: Keep up with the latest in functional medicine, our products, services, and industry trends.
  • Tracking & Optimizing Performance: Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track conversions, and continually improve your sales approach.

Patient Acquisition Specialist Requirements:

  • A Sales Rockstar – You’re persuasive, competitive, and thrive on achieving (and exceeding) goals.
  • A Natural Communicator – You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and know how to engage people over the phone.
  • A Wellness Enthusiast – Passion for health and functional medicine is a big plus!
  • A Self-Starter – You’re motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple leads at once.
  • A Team Player – Our culture is built on collaboration, respect, and continuous growth.
  • High school diploma/GED Required, College Degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $18 - $22 commission based on performance.
