- Guide and mentor on-site staff with a servant leadership approach, encouraging personal and professional growth
- Advocate for the needs of residents while maintaining compliance with affordable housing regulations and tax credit properties
- Develop and manage property budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide recommendations for cost-effective improvements
- Meet quarterly with the leadership team & property owners to report on key metrics and share best practices
