As a Business Development Partner, you’ll introduce our 10-week small-group leadership programs to companies and professionals across Northwest Arkansas. Once a sale is made, our team handles the delivery and facilitation—so you can stay focused on building relationships and closing deals.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage a local pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Promote and enroll participants in structured leadership development programs
- Consult with executives, HR leaders, and department heads to match solutions to needs
- Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Represent a respected global brand with strong regional support
What You’ll Earn This is a commission-only opportunity with clear performance incentives:
- Tiered commissions based on monthly enrollment volume
- Quarterly bonuses for hitting performance milestones
- Additional bonuses for enrolling full cohorts (10–15 participants)
- Residual incentives for repeat client enrollments
There’s no cap on earnings, and just a handful of enrollments each month can lead to strong annual income.
What We Provide (So You Can Focus on Selling)
- All program delivery and facilitation
- Access to our CRM system and email marketing tools (we manage this to protect 1099 status)
- Branded digital marketing materials including PowerPoint sales decks and brochures
- Ongoing training, strategy sessions, and weekly support
Note: We do not supply leads. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-driven sales professional.
