VP/SENIOR DIRECTOR, PARTNERSHIPS, COLLEGE – OVERVIEW:
VP/SENIOR DIRECTOR, PARTNERSHIPS, COLLEGE – OVERVIEW:
Elevate is seeking an experienced sales executive to focus on the sale of marquee partnership assets, including but not limited to stadium naming rights, jersey and patch partnerships, conference partnerships and other partnerships for prestigious College properties across the globe. The VP/Senior Director will engage with prospects directly, consistently connect with our client and other internal stakeholders, and leverage strategic resources on a regular basis to secure partnerships. The VP/Senior Director will report to Vice President, Partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect leveraging different resources and can connect the reason behind why a brand is a fit for a specific Elevate client
- Advance calls from initial fact find virtual meetings to in-person meetings consistently with high level decision makers
- Continuously network and build relationships with decision makers and influencers at major brands, agencies, universities and others within the sports and entertainment industry
- Develop strong, personal/professional relationships with partnership teammates and Elevate clients
- Work collaboratively with a strategy/solutions team to develop customized sales proposals and presentations
- Leverage Elevate resources to develop new relationships and close partnerships
- Facilitate internal communication to create brand briefs, coordinate prep sessions, report action steps in CRM, and connect with other divisions of Elevate to assist in closing business
- Cultivate relationships across all Elevate’s divisions and be able to articulate the services available to the marketplace
QUALIFICATIONS:
The qualifications listed below represent the credentials necessary to perform the essential functions of this position. A. Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must have 8 years of direct, relevant work experience
- Proven track record of delivering 6 and 7 figure partnerships
- Effective use of different resources to research, prospect and connect with perspective clients
- Experience in presenting and closing long-term integrated partnerships
B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to develop strong working relationships with prospects, clients, teammates and other stakeholders
- Public speaking and presentation delivery
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Slides, CRM System, LinkedIn
- Ability to work on multiple clients at the same time and prioritize your time accordingly
- Desire to grow and get better each day through experiences and feedback

Travel Requirements:
- Ability to travel onsite via plane, train or car to attend prospect or client meetings
Work Environment:
- Preferred On-Site in Nashville, Charlotte or New York City; open to remote
- Requires occasional off-peak work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this role is $175,000 - $195,000 with an opportunity for commission. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in San Francisco, New York City, Charlotte, or Nashville. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
