Description :
The Solutions Sales Director is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the solutions and services offered by Eliassen Group, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Client Engagement : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy : Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Proposal Development : Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of Eliassen's solutions.
- Negotiation : Lead negotiations with clients to close deals and secure contracts.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions.
Qualifications :
Base Range : $90,000 - $120,000
The base salary rate will be commensurate with experience level and past success. A competitive, tiered commission structure based on weekly spread is also provided.
