Our client is a leading luxury accessory brand known for its innovation, inclusivity and sustainability.
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join their team who has experience in developing accessories specifically bags and is looking for their next challenge. This role will instrumental in driving the development of innovative designs and ensuring that product aligns with the brand strategy and market trends. The role will support the entire development process ensuring products are within budget and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Update epcs and ensure factories receive correct specs
- Responsible for all specs at each stage of development
- Track market week and update changes to factories and vendors
- Oversee testing guidelines and work with QC at each stage of development from proto to PPS
- Review all samples at each stage of development
- Track and receive all packages
- Mage WIPS and POM through development
- Design and implement processed to track progress.
Required Skills
- 3- 4 years of experience in product development within accessories and/or footwear
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Positive team attitude
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
