To ensure all new CDPAP Consumers and employees are onboarded within DOH rules and regulations and company policies and procedures. The role is also to cover all HR functions as needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing and coordinating a variety of administrative duties and tasks at the discretion of management.This position is temporary and full-time.

Job Summary:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensure all interdepartmental and company conversations, as they pertain to onboarding of all Personal Assistants are communicated daily via PAOndbaroding Mailbox
- Monitor PAOnboarding Smartsheet/Additional PA Smartsheets and adhere to follow-ups based on due dates
- Send all approvals of Personal Assistant that are in compliance and are ready to begin working to the Approval Needed Mailbox

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s preferred
- At least two years of related experience is required
- Current human resources and/or compensation credentials or certification preferred
