Job Summary :
The payroll representative primary responsibilities will consist of assisting HHA's, PCA's and PA's with any payroll questions as well as processing timesheets among other payroll-related tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage a high call volume environment, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Review and enter all incoming timesheets accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow up on all timesheets that require correction or clarification.
- Conduct orientation sessions to educate new aides on payroll procedures and related matters.
- Process Paid Time Off (PTO) requests for HHAs, PCAs, and PAs.
- Enter direct deposit information for HHAs, PCAs, and PAs into the system.
- Knowledge in either Viventium or HHA Exchange software for payroll processing.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills in all interactions.
- Availability to work overtime as needed to meet payroll deadlines and address urgent matters.

Work Environment : On-site In MA
Pay Range : The hiring range for this position is $21-22 per hour . Various factors will determine final compensation such as a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
