Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient schedules to ensure a full and efficient clinic flow
- Coordinate new patient evaluations and ensure patients have what they need to arrive on time
- Ensure over-the-counter collections are accurate and timely
- Act as the key point of contact for patients, referral partners, and vendors
- Proactively address patient concerns to improve satisfaction
- Utilize a multi-line phone system to manage clinic communication
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure clear communication with patients and staff

- A friendly, upbeat, and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in healthcare or medical office settings is preferred
- High school diploma required
