Elite Property Management is a small business in Greenwood, IN. We are professional, agile, professional and our goal is to Elite HOA Management is a property management company located in Greenwood looking for someone interested in a Property Manager trainee position starting out at $15 an hour. Our current team is hoping to find the right individual who will work well in our office with our staff. We manage homeowners associations & condos. .
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate resident records and files
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Enforce community policies and regulations to ensure a safe and harmonious living environment
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance requests with the maintenance team
The perfect candidate for this job will possess the following skills: a working knowledge of computers, Microsoft office, great verbal communication with our customers, a quick learner, multitasker, quick under pressure, an ability to stay focused on your job here at work without outside distractions such as incoming personal calls, texting, business casual office environment, and outside usage of internet services during working hours. Attending evening meetings, conduct meetings with large crowd & public speaking. Primarily responsible for providing community management and effective customer service to a designated portfolio of Homeowner Association communities/homeowners through in-depth knowledge of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R's) and management contracts.
Experience:
- Proficiency in property management software such as Adobe, Outlook, Excel, (we will train you on our software program)
- Strong conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
The job entails, learning and assisting other co-workers in the office, answering phone calls and returning calls on a timely manner, greeting customers when they visit the office, assisting with vendors, obtaining quotes for projects, filing paperwork, returning calls, inspections etc. This job is full time 35-40 hours per week, it does not come with benefits other than paid time off. We are a small company and have been in business for many years and are looking for a self-directed person who will do what it takes to get things done timely and correctly.
