Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of tax professionals.
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients.
- Prepare and review complex business and commercial tax returns and filings.
- Research and interpret tax laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements.
- Advise clients on tax implications of various business transactions.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Preferred, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
- 5 years of experience in tax planning and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Experience managing and supervising a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
