Position Summary

Maintain an open line of communication with customers, sales representatives, and Elite Spice employees. Continuously achieve high goals of excellent customer satisfaction. Essential functions include but are not limited as listed below.

Essential Functions

  • Oversee customer accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
  • Ensuring accuracy among all customer accounts
  • Receive customer orders by phone, e-mail, fax and through salesmen
  • Create purchase orders in Elite Spice Management/AREV
  • Verify finished orders for any errors
  • Obtain pricing for all orders
  • Confirm processed orders with customers
  • Follow up with pertinent internal departments and notify customers of any changes to their order(s)
  • Routinely monitor all orders ensuring any shortages/delays are communicated to the customer
  • Invoice customer orders ensuring all prices are correct and all applicable charges are captured
  • Ensure all customer and product notes are maintained in Elite Spice Management/AREV
  • Follow customer complaint procedures
  • Accurately process returns
  • Attend all applicable meetings and trainings
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor
  • Comply with all of Elite Spices policies, procedures, general safety, and food safety guidelines
  • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices

Environment

Occasional exposure to dust, spices, heat, and cold

Qualifications

  • Must be extremely detail oriented
  • Ability to be organized
  • Ability to prioritize and follow through with tasks
  • Ability to effectively communicate both written and orally
  • Ability to work in a team setting and independently
  • Present a pleasant and positive attitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft word, excel, and outlook
