Duties
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Provide exceptional customer support through effective communication.
- Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
- Serve as a personal assistant to senior management when required.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience with customer support is a plus.
- Familiarity with computerized office systems is advantageous.
