Human Resources Manager
Full Time - Hybrid
Location: Elk Grove Hampton Inn, Modesto Springhill Suites, Reno Ramada, Sacramento Holiday Inn (Open to candidates residing in Sacramento or Modesto)
Starting Compensation: 76k-91k

What You Will Do:
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Balance and prioritize the operational and human resources needs across multiple properties while driving the Corporate HR responsibilities, initiatives and programs
- Manage employee benefits, compensation structures, and HR policies.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions as needed.
- 60-70% time will be in support of Elk Grove Hampton Inn, Modesto Springhill Suites and Ramada Reno
- 30-40% time will be to support large initiatives at the Holiday Sacramento
- Will support in lieu of DHR absence
- Assist in CA Audit compliance
- Will assist HR team with large initiatives and rollouts – onboarding, training, townhalls etc.
- Support with Recruiting and union relations
- LOA process, compliance and tracking
- Training tracking
- Worker’s Compensation for all 4 hotels
- Hours worked for all 4 hotels
- HR data audit (sending letters for benefit eligibility) (term dormant associates in a timely manner)
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years of Human Resources experience as an HR leader with broad HR Generalist skills.
- Working knowledge and practice of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA, COBRAT, etc. and understanding of state and federal law
- Bachelor’ Degree in related field of study; or equivalent experience
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency of technology capabilities
