Internet Sales Specialist will be in charge of all incoming internet leads and phone calls, answering customers questions, and scheduling appointments.

- Support of motorcycle sales department follow up
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming internet leads and set appointments
- Handle incoming phone call leads and set appointments
- Follow up with internet and incoming phone calls
- Following up with customer in store visits to ensure satisfaction
- Make customer survey calls and additional follow-up after purchases
- Make event calls to invite customers back to the store
- Manage online inventory pictures and descriptions
- Thorough understanding of CRM
Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Customer service background with phone and computer experience
- Auto/Powersports experience preferred but not required
- Strong appointment setting and value building skills
- Focus on customer satisfaction and conflict resolution
- Have a love of motorcycles
- Strong work ethic and willing to give 100% to get the job done right
- Professional demeanor and appearance
Compensation
- Performance based wages
- 40-50 hours -- 5 days/week (Closed Sundays and Mondays)
