Motorcycle Sales Associates are responsible for working with customers to find the best Harley-Davidson to successfully fulfill their riding desires. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, we provide training, but you MUST be passionate about riding motorcycles and open minded!

Major Responsibilities
- Adhere to structured and successfully proven processes
- Thorough follow up for all sales prospects
- Manage customer transaction and ensure a positive purchasing experience
- Welcome guests to the dealership
- Ensure that the motorcycle is the right “fit” for the customer
- Demo Rides
- Appointment Scheduling
- Proactive with potential customers/leads and follow through on confirmed dealership appointments.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Solid phone and computer skills
- Motorcycle or powersports riding experience preferred, or a desire to learn to ride
- Strong work ethic
- Motorcycle license required or the desire to obtain one through our training program
- Have a passion and interest in motorcycles
- Tuesday through Saturday work schedule
