Job Description
The Assistant Office Manager is responsible for greeting all guests, coordinating schedules for clients, and managing/executing projects for the Executive Director.
Essential Functions (not limited to the following)
• Acts as front-end greeter and is face of community. Will direct guest traffic.
• Maintain calendars, coordinate schedules/meetings, including preparing the agenda, taking and preparing meeting minutes for distribution, making travel arrangements and reservations, etc.
• Develop, maintain and revise files (as needed).
• Perform detailed research, collect and compile data for administrative and annual reports.
• Greet guests and answer community calls.
• Assist Executive Director with projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
• High level of prioritization skills
• Manages projects independently
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with seniors.
• Business administration experience.
