The Assistant Office Manager is responsible for greeting all guests, coordinating schedules for clients, and managing/executing projects for the Executive Director.

The Assistant Office Manager is responsible for greeting all guests, coordinating schedules for clients, and managing/executing projects for the Executive Director.
Essential Functions (not Limited To The Following)
- Acts as front-end greeter and is face of community. Will direct guest traffic.
- Maintain calendars, coordinate schedules/meetings, including preparing the agenda, taking and preparing meeting minutes for distribution, making travel arrangements and reservations, etc.
- Develop, maintain and revise files (as needed).
- Perform detailed research, collect and compile data for administrative and annual reports.
- Greet guests and answer community calls.
- Assist Executive Director with projects as assigned.
- High level of prioritization skills
- Manages projects independently
- Experience working with seniors.
- Business administration experience.
