Ellicott Hotels is searching for a Hotel Assistant Manager for our Amherst property. The right candidate will be responsible for assisting the Hotel Manager with the overall operations of their hotel to maximize profitability, ensure superior service, product quality, service and guest satisfaction. Primary responsibility is for overseeing the front office and assuring the hotel is achieving its REVPAR goals while maintain budgeted costs without sacrificing service standards. Display exemplary performance for all hotel associates to follow.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assistant Hotel Manager acts as floating department head, assuming the duties of the Hotel Manager in their absence, or at the request of the Hotel Manager, fills the position of other department heads in their absence.
- Manage day to day operations of hotel including: working assignments and supervision of the staff, bank deposits, resolving guests complaints, coaching and disciplining of staff.
- Ensures that all policies, procedures-federal, state, and local ordinances with regards to personnel, guest, security, confidentiality, cash, handling guest relations and safety are followed.

Pay: From $59,000.00 per year
