POSTITION SUMMARY
Provide administrative assistance and support for all areas of the agency. This role is from 1PM to 5PM. Total number of hours can increase as you take on responsibilities, but afternoon hours will be required.
POSITION FUNCTIONS
- Answer phones and greet visitors.
- Prepare and maintain client communication templates for client follow-up plan.
- Handle insurance verification requests.
- Manage manually transmitted information in agency management system.
- Verify billing errors and resolve outstanding items.
- Generate client invoices and process payments.
- Run reports and organize data.
- Provide clerical support for staff as needed.
- Perform additional functions assigned by management.
