We offer our home services Customer Service Reps a highly competitive compensation of $15/hr during training and $17/hr once training has been completed ( $1 Spanish). The typical schedule is full-time and occasionally requires additional hours. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR) / CUSTOMER CARE REP

As a Customer Service Rep, you arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. You cheerfully respond to customer calls, schedule and confirm appointments, make follow-up calls, enter purchase orders, and process invoices. With your strong organizational skills, you work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction.

You call customers to verify that services have been performed appropriately and clients are happy. You also have the opportunity to perform a variety of office duties as needed. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly. Some call center experience is preferred
nMaintain evening and weekend availability
nStrong computer skills
nService Titan experience is a PLUS!!!
