Responsibilities as Clinical Compliance Officer (CCO) :
Design and manage a facility-wide clinical compliance program.
Conduct audits through observation and record reviews to ensure regulatory adherence.
Develop, implement, and track Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
Lead quality assurance initiatives to enhance care delivery and compliance.
Report compliance data to leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and solutions.
Proactively assess care provision, ensuring alignment with best practices and CMS regulations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications of Clinical Compliance Officer (CCO) :
Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required
Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in post-acute care settings.
Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and healthcare compliance standards.
Experience in clinical auditing, quality assurance, and corrective action planning.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive compliance-focused initiatives.
