Responsibilities as Clinical Compliance Officer (CCO) :
- Design and manage a facility-wide clinical compliance program.
- Conduct audits through observation and record reviews to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Develop, implement, and track Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives to enhance care delivery and compliance.
- Report compliance data to leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and solutions.
- Proactively assess care provision, ensuring alignment with best practices and CMS regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
