We are seeking a highly skilled physical therapist to join our team at Elms Retirement Village. As a physical therapist, you will play a vital role in providing rehabilitation services to our residents, promoting their recovery, independence, and overall quality of life.
About the Position:
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapist (RPT) or license eligible. You will work collaboratively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine resident needs for intervention/treatment.
- Implement and conduct treatment as outlined in treatment plans.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care delivery.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience.
