Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls and follow up with leads from multiple sources.
- Qualify leads by gathering information about homeowners' needs and interests
- Present the benefits of the company's services to homeowners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Customer Service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
- We offer flexible schedules and provide weekly training in both classroom and field settings
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with homeowners
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, positive, social, energetic, and honest
- Professional demeanor with a warm, approachable attitude
