We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Accountant to manage the accounting and invoicing processes for a large, multi-contract construction project. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial tracking, timely invoicing, and efficient management of multiple contracts and invoices.

Construction Project Accountant Details :
Direct Hire position
50, to $70, / annually
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 05 : 00pm)
Manage project-related accounting functions, including tracking expenses, budgets, and financial progress.
Process, review, and manage invoices for multiple contracts simultaneously.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and company accounting policies.
Assist with preparing monthly financial reports and forecasts.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
Maintain organized financial records for audits and reporting.
Construction Project Accountant Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience with construction project accounting or managing multi-contract invoicing is highly desirable.
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
