Elwood Staffing is immediately hiring a Dispatcher for a manufacturing facility in Tyler. Monday-Saturday $15-16 / hr!

Dispatcher Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
to $ / hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 06 : 00am to 06 : 00pm)
Coordinating incoming & outgoing freight to ensure timely deliveries in a manufacturing environment
Check-in trucks and review Bills of Lading
Freight management
Production scheduling assisting
Dispatching trucks
Negotiating freight rates with contracted carriers
Assist in inventory and basic invoicing
Dispatcher Qualifications :
2 years experience dispatching freight
Must have experience with Bills of Lading
Knowledge of state, local, and federal DOT regulations
Knowledge of office procedures
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership skills are required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and be detail-oriented
Good customer service orientation
Good computer skills; Microsoft Office & SAP
