Parts Buyer Warehouse Coodinator Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
to $ / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 05 : 00pm)
Invoicing and Billing
Enters all materials and services on all order types
Maintains inventory
Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined part-number sequence
Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items
Uses computer and current inventory program (SAP) to enter records
Prepares product for domestic and international shipping using proper packing techniques to insure safe arrival of goods and products.
Determines best method of shipping and filing freight claims
Sourcing, quoting, purchasing and billing merchandise for projects
Reviews all shipping and receiving transactions, bills of materials, routing and picking transactions and errors in SAP
Sources and purchases required parts / services at competitive pricing and terms
Parts Buyer Warehouse Coodinator Qualifications :
5 years of related work experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
SAP experience preferred
Proficient in MS Excel
Applicant may be subject to a background check
