Shop Office Assistant Details :
Temp-to-Hire position
hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 05 : 00pm)
Preparing, retrieving, and printing job tickets for the shop.
Accurately managing purchase orders in ticketing and tracking.
Assisting Office Manager as needed and relieving Receptionist as necessary.
Cross train in other tasks related to office team.
Shop Office Assistant Qualifications :
Minimum of 1 year office or data entry experience.
Literacy in 10-key by touch, typing, Microsoft Word and Excel, and email communication is required.
Must be able to multi-task, learn and navigate through the systems, manage multi-line phone system.
High school education preferred.
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
