Our Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for:
- Performing and documenting roof inspections through photographs.
- Reviewing and signing contracts with Homeowners.
- Data entry.
- Self-sourced lead generation.
- Attending Weekly meetings
- Taking Coaching from Area Sales Manager and Inside Sales Leads.
- Ability and willingness to communicate effectively.
- Perform roof adjustments when assigned by the Legal Department.
- Completing other tasks as assigned to by the Internal Team.
- Ability to travel to other markets for months at a time (MN, CO, FL, IL, KY, MI, NE), being able to go back home for up to two weeks in-between travel.
We provide our Outside Sales Representatives with:
- Weekly salary compensation starting at $750, with bonus based on sales and sizes of projects (Top performers making over $100,000 a year within one year)
- Automobile Fuel & Maintenance Allowance Program of $200 per week
- Supplemental Compensation Program for completion of miscellaneous activities per company policies
- Benefits including medical and dental insurance, life and limited disability insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, paid personal time, and other benefits options.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have valid vehicle insurance
- Must be willing to undergo a background check
Upon hire our Outside Sales Representatives will be required to:
- Complete all required trainings, including 2 to 4 weeks company onboarding and on the job sales training
- Present yourself to a testing center for drug testing
- Communicate effectively with your management team regarding your progress and experience
- Execute 2 homeowner MCA agreements under the guidance and advisory of Regional Sales Supervisor within the first 6 weeks
