ELECTRIC MOTORS AND SPECIALTIES (EM&S) in Garrett Indiana is a local family-owned company and has set the pace as a leader in manufacturing high-quality Unit Bearing Fan Motors for a variety of commercial and residential refrigeration applications. We are looking to fill positions in our Build Line Department and Final Assembly Department. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

What will I be doing as an assembler or build table employee?

Assembler/ Build Line: Work in a team to assemble all of the components to create the finished motor; box assembly for packaging; pack final product.

· Ensure all quality standards are met as required by our ISO specifications.

· Assist other operation team members with production duties as needed.

· Operate a clean and safe workstation.

· Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Saturdays 6am-12pm as needed/voluntary.
