Job Summary:
The Human Resources Assistant helps the HR Operations Manager with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The Human Resources Assistant carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, training and development, engagement program, benefits, organization development, executive administration, and employment.
Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities include:
- Assist the HR Operations Manager with day-to-day operations in the Human Resources Department.
- Ensure employee records are consistently updated and accurately maintained across all software systems.
- Support the development and administration of performance management systems to enhance employee performance, engagement, and growth.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s employee engagement programs.
- Assist with wellness program initiatives.

Education/Requirements:
- High School diploma required. College graduate or pursuing a Business Degree with a focus in Human Resources or similar field.
