Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth. Project Development : Collaborate with local branch offices to co-sell and develop projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Training and Support : Provide training and support to local account managers and operations managers to enhance their market presence and sales capabilities. Brand Promotion : Actively promote Mesa's brand and solutions at industry events, conferences, and meetings. Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies. Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Job Specifications (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field. Professional Engineering license. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the building automation or HVAC controls industry. Strong understanding of building automation systems and HVAC controls. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel regularly to various branch markets. Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
