Your tasks
- Work effectively with company personnel, customers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; listening to and objectively considering ideas and suggestions from others; keeping commitments; keeping others informed of work progress, time tables and issues; addressing problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions; addressing others by name, title or other respectful identifier, and; respecting the diversity of our work force in actions, works and deeds.
- Daily interface with the Product Management and Inside Sales groups, Customer Service, Marcom, and Operations to complete projects as required.
- Responsible for routine and custom reports including compiling project list, sales forecast and customer contacts on a monthly basis.
- Works with appropriate personnel to allocate appropriate budgets for cost centers and accounting purposes.
- Prioritizes, coordinates, delegates, and completes daily assigned task as required.
- Effectively uses organizational skills, computer literacy, and knowledge of company policies to assist associates and representatives.
- Effectively uses interpersonal skills, has the ability to make good decisions, and is able to motivate and influence others in a positive way.
- Assist the Product Management and Inside Sales departments in achieving its quarterly and annual sales objectives as well as other defined goals.
- Supervises the activities of the assigned department by establishing accountabilities, goals, and priorities.
- Manages personnel by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; resolving conflicts; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; recruiting, developing, and leading employees; fostering teamwork, commitment, respect and trust, pride and ownership, and a culture of continuous process improvement; practicing open and regular communications.
- Work closely with Product Management and Marcom in the coordination of new product release, issuing price lists, and market segments.
- Participate in tradeshows, conferences and lunch and learns.
- Supervises the activities of lead handling in order to improve the quantity and quality of sales leads resulting in new business.
- Committed to the protection of the environment and the health and safety of our employees, customers, and neighbors. Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our Environmental Management System (EMS).
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience required; engineering competency preferred.
- Two years of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, a plus.
- Company product and industry knowledge, a plus.
- SAP experience, a plus.
- 5 years in related product or industry preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, a plus.

- Passing of Company post-employment physical as well as controlled substance testing and background and security checks, as required.
