For everything from business to family or girls get away, a Rooms Controller holds complete understanding of the types of rooms available on property and what would be the best fit for each guest stay.

Requested Tasks
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about hotel, available rooms, review their rate and amenities available on property with all guests during the check in process
- Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit cards on file or collect upon arrival
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Respond the guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Key support to the front desk team
- Support balancing the hotel inventory, ensuring guests receive room types as requested
- Assist in monitoring the hotel inventory to support revenue strategies
- Support front office Leadership Team by communicating future opportunities with the guestroom inventory
- Prior experience highly preferred
- Extensive knowledge of the property, room types and history
- Approachable and friendly personality
