Position Overview :
As a Contracts Admin , you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and clerical support to our Emerald Coast Striping / McShea Contracting business. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our administrative and finance and accounting teams. The successful candidate chosen will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a PE (Private Equity) backed company. This is an on-site position (no remote) at our Panama City, FL location.
Qualifications :
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external service providers to maximize performance, solve business problems, and drive results.
- Some college coursework completed preferred, High school graduate required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an administrative OR accounting / finance support role
- Proven experience in Vista, Timberline a MAJOR plus
- Strong data analytical skills with strong mathematical and systems skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel are required.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
