We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Pay Range: $1150 - $1450 weekly
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to support customer needs.
- Handle customer complaints and issues effectively, striving for resolution on the first contact.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Monitor customer feedback and report insights to management to help improve service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
