- Develop and Manage RPA Solutions : Architect, code, and refine RPA scripts to automate complex and routine processes. Ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.
- Leadership : Direct a team of developers and engineers, promoting a culture of innovation and accountability. Oversee project milestones and ensure the team delivers high-quality solutions on schedule.
- Strategic Influence : Collaborate external client business leaders to align RPA initiatives with broader organizational goals. Influence decision-making processes at strategic levels.
