Overview
The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions. This full-time, fully onsite position involves a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role is initially a temporary position, with the potential to become a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive work environment
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, including performance reviews and employee development plans
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements
- Manage employee records, benefits administration, and HRIS data entry. Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure employees are informed of and adhere to company policies
- Other tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills
Schedule : Monday - Friday (8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM)
Compensation : $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly
