Key Qualifications:
10 years of demonstrated HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing plant setting. Excellent knowledge of local labor laws and cross-functional HR practices. Experience influencing and solving complex problems using HRIS tools and technology. Ability to leverage data to drive action and improve efficiency.
