Overview
Emerald X is seeking an Accounts receivable team member to perform collections related tasks.
This position will report to our Alpharetta, GA office or our San Juan Capistrano, CA office
Responsibilities
Collection Staff Support:
- Submit notification to customers with approaching due dates.
- Process credit card payment installments.
- Communicate with customers regarding delinquent payments.
- Communicate with the internal team regarding customer communications.
- Maintain spreadsheets detailing account status.
- Note Salesforce with information regarding delinquent account customer communications.
Qualifications
- Microsoft Office experience required specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Detail oriented, organized, and flexible.
- Reliable independent worker with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to use good judgement.
- Ability to work in a fast- paced team environment.
- Minimum 2-year experience in an office environment utilizing the Microsoft suite of products.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Target Compensation: $55-60,000 (Non-Exempt)
Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate’s qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
