We are seeking a Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) to support their growing team and align their human resources strategy with business goals. As the HR Manager, you will work closely with leadership to provide strategic guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Your role will be key in driving HR initiatives, fostering a positive work environment, and enhancing employee engagement to support company performance.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years of proven experience in an HR based role (Business Partner, Manager, Generalist, Specialist, etc.)
- 1 year(s) of proven experience in an HR Leadership role (Business Partner, Manager, Lead)
- Hands-on experience with employee relations and performance management
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Ability to build trusted relationships with leadership and employees
- Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources or related field preferred)
- HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals
- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment
- Oversee performance management and talent development processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Foster a culture of inclusion and engagement
- Conduct HR training and development sessions for managers and employees
- Support recruitment efforts for key positions
- Develop and produce an employee handbook and build out an internal HR team to support company growth
