Key Responsibilities:
User Research: Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions. Use personas, customer journeys, and usability testing to drive designs.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups using Figma to illustrate design ideas.
User Interface Design: Design clean, intuitive, and innovative user interfaces that align with business goals and user needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that designs are implemented as envisioned.
Feedback Iteration: Collect and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users, refining designs based on user testing and analytics.
Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across products.
Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design, especially focusing on Figma features and advancements.
Required Skills:
Figma Expertise: Proficiency in Figma is mandatory, including components, prototyping, and team collaboration features.
UX/UI Design: 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
Research & Analysis: Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
Agile Methodology: Familiarity with working in Agile or Scrum environments.
Design Tools: Knowledge of other design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing for mobile-first or responsive web applications.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic understanding of frontend development constraints.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
