Direct Hire, $75-$80K
In Office 5 Days a Week
Job Summary: Executive Assistant will assist the Employee Benefits (EB) Department Head and the EB team with administrative tasks.
Principal Responsibilities:
Provides daily administrative support to the EB Department Head
Maintains calendar and scheduling for the EB Department Head
Monitors Employee Benefits team email frequently
Records meeting minutes in detail and provides action items
Translate and organize hand-written notes into electronic filing system
Manage EB Department Head's follow up system
Handle multiple projects at the same time
Perform copying, scanning, and digitizing of documents to ensure accurate and organized record-keeping
Handle confidential materials with discretion and maintain electronic and physical filing systems efficiently
Organizes, compiles, updates company documents and files accordingly
Maintains electronic filing system
Updates and creates PowerPoint decks
Manages Employee Benefits analytics, metrics and reporting
Assist Employee Benefits Sales team on an as needed basis
Updates and maintains organizational charts
Assists in event coordination including catering orders, setting up meeting spaces, and other items as needed.
Assist in coordinating Employee Benefits Department sponsored events
Creates and disseminates corporate communications
Verify and track invoices
Provides general administrative support to the EB team
Adhere to Conner Strong & Buckelew policies, procedures and guidelines
Additional tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements
Minimum 10 years' Executive Assistant experience required
Ability to work in the Camden, NJ Headquarters 5 days/week
Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Business Administration
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with highly confidential emails and other material
Organized with acute attention to detail
Ability to anticipate next steps on projects
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced computer/technical skills required including Microsoft Office Suite
Application of sound judgment in making independent decisions
Demonstrated ability to control and handle sensitive business situations with discretion
Consistent professional image that conveys poise and tact in every situation
Strong writing skills
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without Company sponsorship
