We’re looking for a Safety Specialist to join our team and help drive a strong safety culture on our construction sites. Whether you’re already an experienced safety professional or a construction leader (like a Foreman or Superintendent) looking to transition into a safety-focused role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
If you have construction safety experience—especially in heavy civil, underground utilities, or similar environments—we want to talk to you. You’ll be working directly with crews in the field, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, leading training, and making sure every team member goes home safely.
What You’ll Do
- Promote and reinforce a safety-first culture across all job sites
- Conduct job site inspections, audits, and safety meetings
- Identify and mitigate potential hazards to prevent incidents
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies
- Support and coach field teams on best safety practices
- Investigate and document accidents, near misses, and safety concerns
- Assist in developing and delivering safety training programs
- Work closely with project teams to ensure safe job site operations
What We’re Looking For
- Construction safety experience (field safety, crew leadership, or related experience)
- OSHA knowledge (OSHA 30 or higher preferred, but not required—willing to train)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience in heavy civil construction, underground utilities, or similar industries is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with field crews
- Passion for keeping people safe and improving safety culture
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
