We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused IT Support Manager to lead our IT support team. The IT Support Manager will be responsible for managing the company's IT support operations and providing technical support to our employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage the IT support team and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software issues
- Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and inventory of hardware and software assets
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to IT support operations
- Ensure the timely and effective resolution of IT support requests
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners
- Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to identify and address IT support needs and opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on emerging IT technologies and trends in the construction industry
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong understanding of hardware and software support operations
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician, or HDI Desktop Support Technician are a plus
