Reception/ Office Clerk Job Description:
Greet, redirect, and screen incoming calls to appropriate personnel or department
Supplies information to callers and records messages or directs to voice mail
Performs clerical duties such as filing and sorting and opening mail
Check store email and redirect as necessary
Orders and maintains stock of store use office supplies, first aid kits, and spill paks
Schedule appointments, interviews, and provide customers delivery time windows
Match invoices to purchase orders, reconcile invoices to purchase orders, and posts invoices
Customer service, ringing customer purchases and do equipment rentals
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Looking to cover Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10am-6pm

Skills and Qualifications:
High school degree, some college preferred. Possesses a vast knowledge of accounting or have attended relevant accounting courses along with a willingness to learn
Skills and Knowledge: Experience in a retail environment either in accounting, bookkeeping, or back office
Excellent quantitative and computer skills. Analytical and mathematical knowledge with the ability to make sound decisions
Knowledge of computer systems, MS Word, Excel, QuickBooks or other spreadsheet software with an ongoing willingness to learn a plus.
Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, journals, procedures or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and employees.
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to operate a personal computer
Ability to concentrate for long periods of time while maintaining accuracy
Use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
Frequently go between sitting and standing positions
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
