In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to our clients while maximizing efficiency and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
You will:- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance quality of care and operational efficiency.
- Manage the recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure a skilled and compassionate workforce.
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management to ensure the organization's financial health.
- Foster relationships with clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders to promote high-quality care and satisfaction.
- Lead initiatives to improve operational performance and client outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 5 years of experience in operations management within the home healthcare or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
